Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or ship the item. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or product unavailability, and to refund any amount charged in such cases.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, pricing, and availability accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with a material error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment terms for invoiced or business orders, where offered, are net 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Product Use and Safety

Equipment such as generators, mowers, grills, trailers, and farm gear must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable laws, codes, and safety standards. You are responsible for verifying that a product is suitable and lawful for your intended use and location.

We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper installation, use, modification, or maintenance of products purchased from us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable state or federal consumer-protection law, including implied warranties that cannot be waived.

These limitations do not affect the warranty coverage described in our Warranty Policy or your statutory rights.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable US federal law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order. The current version is always posted on our site with its last-updated date.
