Warranty Policy
This policy explains the warranty coverage that applies to products sold by EquipDepot and how to make a warranty claim. It reflects the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and your default rights under the Uniform Commercial Code. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer; the specific terms for your item are provided with the product.

Manufacturer Warranties
Many products we sell, including generators, mowers, grills, trailers, and other equipment, carry a written warranty from the manufacturer. Where a written warranty is provided, it is labeled as either 'Limited' or 'Full' in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and its full terms, duration, and coverage accompany the product or are available on request.
Manufacturer warranties are honored according to their stated terms. We will help you access warranty service and, where applicable, connect you with the manufacturer.
Implied Warranties
Under the Uniform Commercial Code, an implied warranty of merchantability applies to products by default, meaning goods are fit for their ordinary purpose. Consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, where a written warranty is offered we do not disclaim implied warranties; on a Limited written warranty, implied warranties may be limited in duration to the length of the written warranty where state law permits.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so those limitations may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
What Is Not Covered
Warranties generally do not cover damage from misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation or maintenance, unauthorized modification or repair, or normal wear and tear. Consumable and wear parts may be excluded or covered for a shorter period.
Custom-built and made-to-order items are covered by the specific warranty terms provided with the item, if any. Damage that occurs in shipping is handled under our Returns & Refunds and Shipping policies rather than under warranty.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, contact Equip Depot SA LLC at sales@equipdepotus.com or +1 435 215 5241 with your order number, the product details and serial number, and a description of the problem, including photographs where possible.
We will review your claim, explain the applicable warranty terms, and coordinate repair, replacement, or other remedy as provided by the warranty. Keep your proof of purchase, as it may be required for service.
